Jeremy Tech Solutions sells brand-new phones as well as UK-used and Nigeria-used (9ja-used) phones. Used phones are sold as pre-owned and are not represented as brand-new. We do not sell refurbished devices. We also sell laptops, tablets, smartwatches, gadgets and accessories. Before completing a purchase, we confirm relevant details such as brand, model, condition, colour, storage, variant, included accessories, price, availability, identifying information where applicable and manufacturer-warranty eligibility.
For brand-new products supplied with a factory seal, the seal is inspected. IMEI or serial-number details may also be checked through the manufacturer's official verification channel where available.

Choose office collection or nationwide waybill delivery. Delivery charges and the estimated delivery period are confirmed before payment.

Complete payment through an approved method communicated by our team. Payment must be confirmed before a remote order is dispatched.
Receive your receipt
Every confirmed payment is documented with an official invoice or receipt showing the relevant transaction and product details.
Collect or receive your order
Collect your product from our office or receive the dispatch and available waybill or tracking information for a nationwide order.
Swap or trade in
Upgrade by applying the value of an eligible device.
Eligible devices may be accepted for swaps or trade-ins after a physical and functional assessment. The final valuation depends on the model, specifications, condition and overall functionality. Estimates based on photographs or descriptions remain preliminary until physical assessment.
Once the valuation is accepted, the approved amount can be applied towards another qualifying device. All swaps remain subject to assessment, approval and product availability.

We waybill phones, gadgets and accessories across Nigeria. Before dispatch, we confirm the exact product, condition where applicable, price, availability, destination, delivery charge, estimated delivery period and payment confirmation. Available tracking details are shared after dispatch.

Product warranty
Manufacturer warranty on qualifying new products.
Warranty eligibility, duration, terms and exclusions are stated on the invoice or receipt where applicable. Jeremy Tech Solutions does not provide a separate general warranty beyond the applicable manufacturer warranty, so customers should keep their invoice or receipt.
Returns, exchanges & refunds
Requests are assessed before approval.
We may verify the original receipt, IMEI or serial number, physical and functional condition, included items, applicable warranty terms and the reason for the request. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee an exchange or refund.
Approved refunds are generally processed in person at our office after the product and original transaction are reviewed. Contact us before returning or sending any product.
